Rummy 91 Login Problem After Changing Your Mobile Number
A new SIM can change where messages arrive without changing the identity of an old game profile. Plan the recovery question around that difference.
Changing a mobile number creates two separate facts: you now control a different number, and an old account may still be associated with the previous one. Installing the game on the same phone does not necessarily connect those facts. This distinction is useful when a Rummy 91 login problem begins after a SIM change.
The priority is continuity with the existing profile. A newly accepted number can lead to a different account rather than bring back old progress. Do not treat a blank profile as proof that the earlier one was erased.
What exactly changed?
Write down the change in ordinary terms: the physical phone changed, the number changed, or both changed. These situations are not interchangeable. Moving the same number to a new device is different from keeping a device while abandoning its old number.
Then distinguish the account identifier from the recovery destination. A service might use a number to identify an account, to receive messages, or for both purposes. The actual service must explain which role applies. Do not assume that editing a contact field, if one exists, changes the sign-in identifier as well.
Ask about an existing profile, not a replacement
A useful initial enquiry states that access to the previous number has been lost and asks which supported recovery route applies to the existing profile. Include an account identifier only if you already have one. Describe the old number in a masked form initially; the first message does not need a bundle of identity documents.
For an app obtained through Play, Google explains how to find the developer's contact. Match that listing to the installed app. The Google Account used for the store is not automatically the game account, so recovering one does not establish recovery of the other.
Keep the old and new records distinct
If you have accidentally created another profile, describe it as a separate profile until the provider confirms otherwise. Do not assume that balances, achievements or activity histories can be combined. A familiar nickname is not evidence that the records share an owner entry in the service's system.
The question to resolve is access to an existing profile after losing a contact method. Ask the provider to identify the recovery route for that profile, including how any requested information will be submitted. Repeatedly registering the new number does not answer that question and can leave several separate records to untangle.
